Kali Barley, RD

Kali Barley is a registered dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) with over 10 years of experience. She received her bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University and her master’s degree in nutrition from Meredith College.   

Kali has worked as a dietitian in numerous settings from private practice, inpatient hospital, diabetes education center and outpatient primary care.  She works with patients of all ages, with a variety of health conditions and activity levels.  She loves to hear patient’s stories and problem-solve with them to discover the most realistic and successful plan to achieve a goal.

She specializes in diabetes prevention and management, women’s health including prenatal, postpartum, and hormonal imbalances, gastrointestinal disorders and adult and pediatric weight management.

Liz Keller is a Certified Nutrition Specialist with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from Queens College and a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition from Bridgeport University. She is a certified CDC National DDP Lifestyle Coach and an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer.

She has worked as a nutritionist since 2013, with experience working for a national nutrition & weight loss company and providing one-on-one online nutrition counseling for fitness studio members across the country. 

She specializes in Fitness, Weight loss, Body Recomposition, Prediabetes, and Diabetes prevention. Her approach to nutritional counseling can be described as mindful eating emphasizing stress management, positive psychology, and habit development.

Kim Silbaugh, RD

Messiah University

Kim has been a registered dietitian for 20 years. After receiving her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from Messiah University she worked in various roles as an RD including counseling patients for weight loss, mental health, gut disorders, menopause and pre diabetes. Kim has taught nutrition classes to large groups on topics like obesity, heart health, osteoporosis, cancer prevention, plant-based diets and gluten-free diet. 
 
Kim loves to hear her clients’ stories and meet them where they are at. She pays close attention to understanding various symptoms they are experiencing and works together with clients to come up with goals that are realistic and sustainable long term. She believes it takes time to develop new habits and she wants to be the client’s support system to do just that!  She is non-judgmental and loves to try to help clients overcome setbacks and obstacles which are often inevitable in their journey. Kim also finds it so helpful to her clients to translate complicated nutrition jargon into easy to understand, practical information that the client can actually use when they are at the grocery store!

Brooke Johnson, RD

Brooke Johnson, RDN, is a registered dietitian nutritionist and health coach originally from west Texas. She completed her dietetic internship in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and now is thrilled to call Colorado home. Brooke has 12 years of experience working with clients dealing with all kinds of health challenges, ranging from cardiovascular disease to inflammatory bowel conditions. Brooke’s real passion for nutrition started when she was diagnosed with lupus and multiple other autoimmune conditions back in 2014.

She specializes in gut health, autoimmune disease and thyroid dysfunction. She looks to get to the root of the issue and takes a functional treatment approach when approaching these issues. Brooke is passionate about sharing how diet and lifestyle have helped her manage her chronic conditions and loves to help her clients achieve their own health and wellness goals.

In her spare time you can find Brooke spending time with her two kids, June and Woods, trail running, cycling or cooking.

Ilysha Evans is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer with over 15 years of experience.  Since receiving her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana, she has worked in various settings as a dietician including fitness clubs, private practice and Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Ilysha’s approach to nutrition coaching is to make small habit-based changes while working to identify the root cause of each client’s obstacles (gut health, metabolism, thyroid, hormones, stress/adrenal dysfunction, autoimmunity, etc).  She utilizes these findings, along with the clients’ goals, lifestyle, and readiness for change, to create plans tailored to the individual.

Dr. Laura Farnsworth

Doctorate in Clinical Nutrition (DCN)

Dr. Laura Farnsworth is a functional and integrative nutritionist with a Doctorate in Clinical Nutrition (DCN) from University of Western States, a Master of Science (MS) in Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health, and a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) credential. While living in mainland Japan, Laura completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) with a dual major in Psychology and Social Science from University of Maryland Global Campus. Practicing as a telehealth nutritionist, Laura primarily focuses on women’s wellness in perimenopause and menopause, hormone health, migraine prevention, autoimmune conditions, improved body composition, and weight loss. In addition to nutrition counseling, Laura has supported women as a childbirth educator and women’s fitness coach.

JORDAN HOSTETLER, RD

Jordan Hostetler is Functional Registered Dietitian who obtained a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition & Dietetics at East Carolina University. During her five years in clinical nutrition, she completed an extensive 13-month intensive functional nutrition practitioner program.

 Jordan has worked with individuals of all ages with different health complications and barriers, all striving to reach their goals and improve their health.  She is able to assist in their healing by listening to their stories, building trust within her and themselves, educating, and creating personalized interventions.  She enjoys working with clients who struggle with chronic stress/cortisol mismanagement, which often present as stubborn weight gain, GI imbalance, blood sugar dysregulation, inflammation, poor diet, and/or hormone imbalance.

Joanna is a registered dietitian, fitness enthusiast and mother of 2. She enjoys finding ways to be healthy and active while living a busy, full life. Joanna is passionate about helping others reach their desired weight, activity levels and life goals by making small changes that lead to honest results. She believes achieving the optimal combination of food, fitness and healthy living can be fun and attainable. Because each person is different in their genetics, preferences and daily living, Joanna focuses on individualized nutrition to help each client become the best version of themself.

After graduating with a B.S. in nutrition from Georgia State University, Joanna completed her dietetic internship and master’s degree at the University of Nebraska. Joanna has experience in disease management, intuitive eating, athletic performance and healing negative relationships with food through a holistic approach to wellness. Hailey Archer, RD, is a dedicated and accomplished nutrition expert, whose academic and professional journey in the field of dietetics has established her as a respected voice in health and wellness. Her academic foundation was laid with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition in 2011, followed by a Master of Science in Nutrition in 2019. Hailey became a Board Certified Registered Dietitian in 2012, marking the beginning of a career deeply committed to the transformative power of nutrition.

With over a decade of experience, Hailey has spent 11 years in the clinical setting, dedicating nine of those years to outpatient oncology. This extensive experience has not only honed her expertise but also reinforced her belief in the critical role of nutrition in disease management and recovery. Hailey is particularly passionate about the utilization of healthy eating patterns to heal and fuel the body, a philosophy that has been a cornerstone of her practice.

Her areas of specialty include prenatal and postpartum nutrition, disease prevention, weight management, and intuitive eating. Hailey’s approach is characterized by a deep understanding of the unique nutritional needs during different life stages and conditions.
