Lauren Ganim
Lauren Ganim is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer with her Master’s Degree in Nutrition, Health, & Longevity from the University of Southern California. She is always looking to learn more about the human body, and is currently studying Herbalism and Eastern Medicine.
Her interest in nutrition began in high school after joining the cross country and track team and has only deepened since then. Ever since she was a teenager, she strongly believed the body has the innate ability to heal itself, should we give it what it needs to do so. She takes a holistic approach to health, encompassing her studies of eastern medicine, functional medicine, and her traditional schooling. By looking at the body as a whole and a person in their entirety, she aims to get to the root cause of any health challenges – working with you to heal the body, not just treat symptoms.
She works with both children and adults in multiple areas, including eating disorders, mental health, gut health (leaky gut, IBS, etc.), thyroid health, PCOS, a variety of chronic conditions (diabetes, GERD, cholesterol, etc.), weight management, & overall health. She has previously worked at a mental health outpatient clinic as well as a treatment center for substance use and mental health, providing both one-on-one sessions and teaching groups. Her goal is to continue to expand her knowledge in all realms, both eastern and western medicine, so she can better guide her clients to their ultimate health.
In her free time she loves staying active, and you can always find her running, hiking, or exploring somewhere new.

TAMI ROWH
As a Registered Dietitian/ Nutritionist with almost twenty years experience I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients from clinical settings to wellness. Since earning a Masters’ Degree in Wellness, I have focused primarily on holistic nutrition and the importance of the mind-body connection for health and wellness, becoming a yoga teacher to deepen my expertise that I now share with my clients as part of their wellness journey. I believe that good nutrition practices begin with awareness of where you are and making small and sustainable changes over time.
My superpower is the ability to take the complex science of nutrition and apply it to daily life in a way that is accessible and simple to implement. I credit military life as both an Army brat and wife for my ability to see complex problems as a series of small solutions- a skill that has served me in my own wellness pursuits as well as those of my clients. I have worked with clients in diabetes management, cardiac rehab, and chronic disease management as well as women’s wellness, gut health, auto-immune, eating disorders, weight loss, and hormone balance.
I’m happiest working with clients while my 4 Shiba Inu dogs sit at my feet, but I also make the
time for creating recipes in the kitchen, hiking, gardening, and golf as often as possible.
